The shares (ticker: PRKR) have bounced plenty, between 3 and 56, and were recently going for 10 bucks each. The company's fruitless persistence has fed a strange online debate. A bear with the ominous screen name "cassandra-oracle" runs a Website called PV Notes that meticulously pulls the wings off ParkerVision's claims of a revolutionary radio amplifier technology. PV Notes even pays to show its link (www.pvnotes.com) when you Google the word "ParkerVision." Defending ParkerVision in hundreds of postings, meanwhile, is a bull named "urspond" who seems to know a lot about the involvement of Leucadia (LUK), a financial firm known more for value investing than tech speculation. .

Or your teeth suddenly turn to chalk.....get to a doctor fast....it's not your imagination in most cases. And you prayers start praying for national health care. If the damn politicians were really worried about our health they'd do something to make sure no sick person ever has to do without. .
BGE rate increase: Pay now or pay later
Now that Baltimore Gas and Electric Co. has the go-ahead to raise electricity rates by 50 percent next month, Marylanders also have a choice: Pay the full increase right away or spread it out under a deferral plan. What to do? Area economists think the decision is pretty clear: "It's a no-interest loan, everybody should take it. ... It's a no-brainer," said Richard P.
